My Story
I understand pain, and what it feels like when your body just won’t cooperate. I know what it’s like to feel hopeless, overwhelmed, and even broken at times. I also understand what it’s like to be on the other side of pain… strong and capable after years of instability.
My story of chronic lower back and hip pain lasted 12 years, beginning after I gave birth to my son. I couldn’t hold him, stand upright, or function in daily life. Years of practitioners, treatments, and short-term relief left me determined to find lasting solutions.
Through studying anatomy, kinesiology, and corrective movement, I began to understand the root of my pain. I rebuilt my body using functional movement, reoriented my posture, and created new patterns that brought stability and strength I hadn’t felt in decades.
I believe our bodies are incredibly resilient and capable of healing given the right input and consistency. At a bare minimum, anything can be made better and improved upon. If I can do it, you can too.
