Over time, this can show up as difficulty sleeping, chronic headaches or inexplicable pain in the body, anxiety, depression, tension that never releases, or a general feeling of disconnection from your body. Let’s stop “fixing” and start listening. The body wants to feel safe, not be forced.

Somatic movement helps you restore balance by gently guiding your body and brain out of those stuck stress patterns. These gently, therapeutic exercises reconnect you with your internal sense of safety and presence and release long-held tension patterns. helping your nervous system return to homeostasis and your body return to ease. Somatic exercises gently re-educate your brain and body to move with more ease and presence. Ideal for those navigating the effects of chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, or burnout.

Each virtual Reset & Rewire Session includes:

  • A break down of the mechanics of a customized movement sequence that corrects the underlying imbalances causing your pain.

  • A recording of you personalized session that’s emailed to you, so you can keep and use it forever.

  • After the session: You’ll follow this recorded sequence 3x/week for 2 - 4 weeks, building strength, connection, and awareness, with the ability to progress when you’re ready.

  • Access to the Good Life Support System for 30 days to help you integrate your changes into real life.
