Strengthening for Solving Pain
Alleviate your pain by getting to the root of muscle imbalances. Feel stronger, more balanced, capable, and trusting of your body. Strengthening exercises and active stretching techniques are done with minimal equipment or through bodyweight alone.
The exercises I use are different from most traditional training or rehabilitation exercises. My approach is holistic, looking at the body as an integrated whole. The goal is to retrain your body gradually to function and move optimally as a cohesive system. I always prioritize your goals and then assess posture, alignment, and muscle imbalances. I begin by teaching you 4-5 pain solving exercises that will help you feel better and build functional strength.
