Here’s how it works:

Each private session is delivered virtually via Zoom and designed specifically for your body, your pain patterns, and your goals.

  • First 30 minutes: We break down the mechanics of a customized movement sequence that corrects the underlying imbalances causing your pain.

  • Second 30 minutes: We go through the full routine together, uninterrupted, and I record the session for you.

  • After the session: You’ll follow this recorded sequence 3x/week for 2 - 4 weeks, building strength, connection, and awareness, with the ability to progress when you’re ready.

When it’s time to advance, we meet again to create your next personalized training session.
